Polmaily’s large range of facilities
Following on from an extensive refurbishment (Spring 2020), Polmaily House once again opens its historic doors as a unique and wonderful exclusive use venue for your private self-catering celebrations.
The 300 year old former Georgian home of the Grant clan, sitting in 6 acres of beautiful grounds, now welcomes you and your clan to celebrate your special occasion.
The Big House can comfortably accommodate 24 guests sleeping in 12 bedrooms, 11 of which are en-suite. The house comes fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to make your stay a truly memorable one. We can help arrange your stay, organising activities and events, if you would like us to do so. Guests usually cook their own meals in the well equipped kitchen but some catering is possible, as are themed events. It really is a rarity to find a property which provides everything that Polmaily House has to offer.
Our idea is for you to be able to spend valuable and uninterrupted time with your friends, family or even colleagues over a number of days, enjoying the unrivalled facilities that Polmaily House has to offer – a tennis court, a trout pond, a cinema room, an indoor games area, a 24 seater dining table and a heated indoor swimming pool. The possibilities are endless. The surrounding area also has so much to offer, especially with us being in the most beautiful glen in Scotland and just a couple of minutes from the mysterious and magical Loch Ness. Not to mention the almost equally famous whisky distilleries and top-notch championship golf courses.
NB Fireworks are not allowed at Polmaily House as they upset the local livestock on neighbouring farms. Thank you.

Outdoor Gin Bar

To the front side of the house we have the tennis court – rackets and balls provided. There is also a basketball net, 16ft trampoline and a mini football pitch with two goals.
The Croquet Lawn

Giant Trampoline
